Isometric has launched the Evidence Library, a new Certify feature which consolidates every piece of evidence a supplier submits into a single, organized view, giving Validation and Verification Bodies (VVBs) a faster, clearer way to review projects.
A single view of every source of evidence
The Evidence Library brings together all of a supplier's uploaded evidence sources in one place, so reviewers can see exactly what has been submitted without hunting through each requirement submission. To make that evidence easy to navigate, reviewers can filter by context, from Project Design Documents to certification data points, and by attachment type, from lab reports to affidavits.
Remi, Certify's in-platform AI agent, also provides a short summary of each piece of evidence so VVBs can see what each source contains at a glance. Where a document isn't in the reviewer's language, Remi translates it when generating the summary, so VVBs know what a source contains before opening it, rather than opening each document to find out. Reviewers can also see which requirement each piece of evidence is being used to demonstrate compliance with.
Together, these features help VVBs complete reviews quicker, which means certificates can be issued sooner and suppliers can deliver to buyers and realize revenue faster.
A simpler workflow for suppliers
The Evidence Library also changes how suppliers manage their evidence. Rather than uploading a new source for every requirement, suppliers can upload their evidence to Certify once, then attach each source to the relevant requirements as they work through a submission.
The same filters reviewers use to navigate evidence, by context and attachment type, are available to suppliers too, making it easy to look up a specific permit or lab report and confirm the right version has been uploaded.
The result is less duplication, less manual effort, and a clean, accessible evidence base for suppliers and reviewers alike.
