Isometric is now backed by Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE), operator of the New York Stock Exchange and the largest environmental and energy markets in the world. ICE spent decades building the infrastructure global financial markets depend on. Now Isometric is doing the same for the industrial economy.
ICE joined our Series A, initially announced in June 2026. With ICE and other new investors, the round now stands at $50 million, bringing our total funding across our seed and Series A to $75 million.
The reason is simple. Electrification, automation, decarbonization, and data centers are fueling the largest industrial build-out in decades. These projects need to show they meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards to secure buyers, attract investment, and get permitted. Certification is how they prove it.
Isometric certifies the claims that customers, investors, and regulators rely on but can’t check for themselves. Our AI-powered platform, Certify, works with independent verifiers to check every data point behind a claim, in hours rather than months. This is how we turn unverified claims into verified assets.
We proved this in carbon removal, where we’ve been contracted for over 16 million tonnes, more than any other certifier in the world. We’ve expanded across industrial emissions, energy, fuels, and materials. Now, Microsoft, Anglo American, Boeing, and JPMorgan Chase trust our certification, alongside more than 200 projects worldwide.
With ICE as an investor, we’ll accelerate our expansion across the industrial economy, combining agentic certification with global market infrastructure and data expertise.
The industrial economy needs fast, accurate certification. Isometric provides it.
Alongside ICE, Acario Innovation, BY Venture Partners, Dubai Future District Fund, Earth VC, Motion Ventures, One Capital, Plug and Play, Verb Ventures, and Legora founder Max Junestrand have all joined our Series A. AVP led the round, joined by Lowercarbon Capital, Plural, John Doerr, and Walter Kortschak.
