Today, Isometric reached a major milestone—signing our 100th carbon dioxide removal (CDR) supplier: Flux. Over the past 12 months, the number of suppliers choosing to work with Isometric has more than quadrupled—a clear signal of growing demand for scientific rigor, transparency, and rapid verification.

The Isometric Registry now represents the broadest cross-section of carbon removal technologies in the market, with 44 suppliers in Biomass Carbon Removal and Storage, 17 in Enhanced Weathering (EW), 12 in marine CDR, 10 in Direct Air Capture, nine in Reforestation, and eight in Mineralization. These include some of the sector’s most innovative suppliers—from Charm Industrial, Mati Carbon, Vaulted Deep, and Varaha to Carboneers, Deep Sky, Living Carbon, re.green, Planetary, and many more.

Our 100th supplier, Flux, is a leading EW company on a mission to remove five million tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by 2030. Central to their approach is partnering with local agricultural communities to provide alkaline rock powders that both remove carbon and improve soil health by balancing acidity and increasing nutrients—resulting in higher crop yields.

“Partnering with Isometric helps us take a big step toward our mission of deploying Enhanced Weathering at scale across Africa,” said Sam Davies, CEO and Co-Founder of Flux. “Their scientific rigor, transparent approach, and robust verification process align perfectly with how we operate, giving buyers confidence in the climate and community impact our credits deliver.”

Under the partnership, Isometric will issue carbon removal credits in accordance with the Isometric Standard and the Enhanced Weathering in Agriculture Protocol—the most scientifically rigorous on the market. In December 2024, Isometric issued the world’s first verified EW credits under this protocol. All measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV) data will be tracked and managed through Isometric Certify.

Since 2022, Isometric has been building the trust needed to scale the carbon removal market responsibly and fast. Reaching the 100-supplier milestone is an important step toward that goal.
